It is conveniently located for any local event and especially suited for accommodating families and friends visiting one of the fine local boarding schools or any other local activity.

It’s also within easy driving distance of local points of interest, both historic and modern, such as Virginia International Raceway (30 miles), Martinsville Speedway (site of NASCAR Cup races), Patrick Henry’s home at Red Hill (35 miles), Appomattox Court House (site of Lee’s surrender to Grant, effectively ending the Civil War), and other central Virginia points of interest.
